1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.apexlaundryservices.co.uk(apexlaundryservices.co.uk), operated by Apex Laundry Services Ltd (Company No. 17322224), registered at 21 Somerset Road, Cinderford, GL14 2EY.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply only to business customers. Apex Laundry Services Ltd does not provide services to consumers.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, documents, and downloadable files—is the property of Apex Laundry Services Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
3. Business Customers Only
Our services are provided exclusively to businesses purchasing for commercial, trade, craft, or professional use. Consumer rights legislation does not apply.

4. Services
We provide commercial linen and towel hire and cleaning services. We take reasonable steps to ensure service descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
We are legally required to supply services that match the description provided at the time of order.
5. Payment Terms
All services are paid via Direct Debit, charged 3 working days after invoice generation.
By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount. We may cancel or reverse a transaction if we believe it violates law or these Terms.
6. Non‑Contract Services
You may use your own linen and towels.
No minimum spend.
Prices may increase with 30 days’ notice.
No cancellation fees.
Delivery charged at £0.45 per mile.
7. Contract Services (12‑Month Agreement)
Includes all linen and towel hire.
Prices fixed for 12 months, reviewed thereafter.
After 12 months, a 1‑month cancellation notice is required.
Contract becomes rolling unless renewed for another 12‑month fixed term.
Early cancellation fee: Your monthly average spend (based on the previous 3 months) multiplied by the remaining months.
All linen and towels remain our property and must not be sublet, sold, pawned, or misused.
You may only use our laundry services during your contract period.
All hired items must be returned in good condition at contract end.
Non‑Apex items sent for cleaning will be returned.
Stained items must be placed in soil bags provided.
Significant stain treatment is charged at £1 per item.
If stains cannot be removed, we will contact you to discuss replacement or return.
If your minimum monthly spend is not met, hire charges apply at 25% of the full cleaning cost for all hire items.
8. Delivery
Deliveries are made at an agreed regular time.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances; updates will be sent via WhatsApp.
Delivery included for contract customers within 15 miles of our unit by road.
Beyond 15 miles, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.
You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for mis delivery caused by incorrect information.
9. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract after 12 months with 1 month’s notice. Early cancellation within the initial 12‑month term incurs the early termination fee described above.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
For all other claims, our total liability is limited to the total fees paid in the previous 3 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, transport disruption, strikes, accidents, or supply chain issues.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Apex Laundry Services Ltd against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to:
Attempt resolution through written negotiation
Optional mediation
Legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales
Both parties retain the right to bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to comply with law or reflect operational changes. Users will be notified via email or through a notice on the Site.
